I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff and the manager are incredibly kind and welcoming The services are top-notch and the hotel itself is absolutely stunning everything about it is just perfect! I highly recommend this hotel 100% to everyone looking for a wonderful place to stay
We booked this for my Birthday weekend, Wow!! Lovely hotel, great situation and the staff here are fantastic, lovely people, ver friendly and really welcoming. Our room was immaculately clean and spacious with a kettle and tea bags, fresh towels each day and a plentiful supply of scaldingly hot water! Hotel is really well situated to explore the island, we had a hire car from Europa and the driving here is ok to be fair. Recommend seeing the crocodiles and the local castle with a visit to the Sunday Market in Houmt Souk, great days out.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who gave us a tour of the hotel as soon as we arrived and we were also offered a drink while he ensured everything was ready. Our room was big, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and hearty. There was a kettle and tea bags were provided (no coffee though). Hotel has its own beach and loungers are provided, so we had two wonderful days of sun, sea and sandy beach. Dinner is somehow limited and you can end up in the bar next to the pool, where everyone smokes so that was a minus. Apart from this, all staff were friendly and helpful and did everything to make us feel at home. We will definitely be back.
