The rental process was super smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The boat was clean, easy to handle (even for beginners like us), and perfect for exploring the peaceful canals and beautiful scenery. Cruising through the village felt like something out of a fairytale — so quiet and picturesque. The suggested route from the rental company was easy to follow and took us through the most charming parts of the area. We also appreciated the quick safety briefing before heading out. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Giethoorn. It's the best way to truly enjoy the village's charm!
We rented a 2 person boat and had an amazing experience on the 4 hour loop. The map app they provided worked really well. Would have been challenging to navigate without. The staff made the rental very easy and the location to start the ride was excellent starting away from the congested area of Giethoorn. Highly recommend this rental location. Mark and Nadine Woitt
We had a fantastic experience with Hotel de Harmonie. The owner was incredibly accommodating. Due to unexpected rainy weather, they graciously allowed us to start our boat rental 1.5 hours later than planned, which we really appreciated. This flexibility allowed us to still enjoy the beautiful canals of Giethoorn when the weather cleared up. The eco boat was lovely, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
