This hotel is a joke. I had sent them an urgent email, AND a WhatsApp message, already two days ago, asking them if they have a room, for almost four weeks, starting a week later. Seeing how there was no response, yesterday morning I had called them on WhatsApp - they chose to decline the call. Not a word from them yet. Well, I have already booked a room in a different place; shall never contact that denis thingy again.
