Very nice hotel, restaurant/bar. Pool closed too early in our opinion (10 PM) and we were not able to make use of it. Breakfast included was very nice.
Location is good, everything is quite close to hotel. Rooms are nice, though my air conditioner was very noisy and I had to switch it off. Minibar was warm but it was replaced in five minutes. Breakfast is good. It should open at 6:30am but it never did. Every morning I had to wait to get something to eat or drink. I never got omelette which is also available but later. Garage is good, little bit small though.
I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. It's overrated and it's not what a four-star hotel should look like. There was no hot water in two out of the three nights we stayed here. The wifi is slow and we got very little wifi in our room (we had to stand by the door to get one line of service). The receptionist, Germán L. was not helpful and didn't acknowledge our complaints. Breakfast is messy and the dining area is too small to host the guests. We had to move to another dining area and carry our breakfast there. Very unpleasant stay overall.
