Hotel Dolphin

Very friendly and helpful staff! The rooms are clean and new. The breakfast buffet might not be the best in the world, but the selection makes up for that. There is a pool, a gym, a spa and lovely cafe (on the top floor). The water park and wellness center are right across the street. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I will visit again sometime.

This is 4* just by a name. What could be solid 3* is ruined by service. I was there for a company event, restaurant service was very poor, very little service during evening, people were serving rather themselves. At around 23 they start to remove glasses whether you use them or not and preparing for breakfast. Staff closed at 24 despite many people in the room and closure was done rather impolitely. Besides, meals were average at best, not really 4* either. Not worth of the money and far behind what in W Europe is claimed as 4*.

Had an appointment for a site inspection for our wedding. Went all the way from Vienna just to find that 1) the responsible person was not in the office at all today and that 2) the hotel could not be visited because of a group booking. Definitely not the kind of management you want to trust your wedding with. Very disappointed about our waste of time and money! At least the receptionist apologized and showed us the garden for a minute after we asked for it.
