an older style hotel, but still maintains clean rooms, hot water, TV, and a in room telephone. not sure if was working though, didn't try. prices are cheaper at the front desk, than online.
Extremely acomadating and friendly staff. It felt like their guests are very important to them and I am a high maintenance and overly demanding 1-star guest. Hot water and comfortable beds! For a little extra you can add an in room heater that after experiencing I can't imaging staying in Tulcan without. 5 stars!
Nice hotel. A bit old. Hot water and comfortable bed. Big room. A lot of noise in the morning because is on main road of the city. Breakfast is very poor.
