Everything was amazing. . My room was large and very comfortable with a great view. The staff were very helpful and attentive with everything i needed. The food is delicious and diverse. The spa is excellent and I highly recommend ( had 2 massages in 4 days, that's how good). Also loved the manicure in the spa. Close to grocery store, restaurants, mall, etc. Roof top Pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Barranquilla.

Great place to stay for a few days. Convenient location in a traditional neighborhood with access to different malls, eateries, etc. we enjoyed great staff service in different areas, particularly the restaurant with free breakfast. Rooms offer ample space, are clean with TV set, miniBar and furniture. There's a nice bar on the lower level, pool in front of the restaurant, sauna-jacuzzi spa and more.

Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and self-parking was straightforward and convenient for visitors. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectation. It was plentiful, fresh, and well-organized. The hotel was clean and had a generally safe atmosphere. That said, I did have two concerns. One day, my room key stopped working, and when I went to the front desk to get it reactivated, the staff member did so without verifying my name or asking for ID. As a woman, that made me feel uneasy as security should always be a priority, and I believe more caution should be taken when granting room access. Additionally, the walls seemed a bit thin, as I could hear noise from neighboring rooms. While that may be expected in a large hotel, it’s still something to be aware of. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to safety and soundproofing.
