Alex Menez 5/5 just now on Google We stayed 4 nights (07.24-27,2025) to attend a 50th wedding anniversary. We arrived late at night after a long flight. DIEGO was at the reception. He was welcoming and reassuring that our reservation was good. It set a good impression of the hotel. The following day, and all the breakfast thereafter, CLAUDIO was a perfect host. He had a table reserved every day for our group of 7. He prepared a special extra food, not in the set menu, like scrambled egg, pancakes, fungi. I noticed that he engaged in slight conversation with other guests. He made a good team with his colleague SIMONE. We also commend ERICA who assisted us with our transportation need to srive us to the church. She has always a smile and a happy personality. SERENA too was a big help in assisting me with my printing needs. I like to write reviews of the personnel because they are the face and living billboards of the hotel Rooms5.0Service5.0Location5.0 Alex Menez 5/5 just now on Google We stayed 4 nights (07.24-27,2025) to attend a 50th wedding anniversary. Our second stay here and we love it. Breakfast is beautiful and tasty. Staff are super friendly and helpful. You cannot beat the location for staying in the city of Latina.

Not ideal for personal or business travel. I stayed here as part of a business trip, and after a week, I can say that it was sufficient based on location proximity, but otherwise it was insufficient. The room - The room was unpleasant. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were so thin that I had to stack them both together the sheets were scratchy cotton with a polyester comforter. The bathroom was unnecessarily large. The water temperature did not get hot enough for me, and the shower pressure wasn't great, but was strong enough to push the shower head around at full power. That speaks more about the shower fixture than the water pressure. All of those can be forgiven, whan cannot is the fact that there is no coffee, water heater, or fridge in the room (mini bar excluded). The amenities - Beakfast was barely that. The coffee was good, but you had to order it, which made it hard to get more than one small cup. The "buffet" was minimal and when the eggs were gone, they didn't seem to get replaced. The gym is two treadmills, a bike, an elliptical, a stair-stepper, and a broken weight machine. I ended up working out in my room. The pool was so small, I really couldn't figure out the point of having an attendant at the "spa", but she was there nonetheless. Parking was terrible. The only option is to park in a big open lot next to the hotel, which gives major concerns over security. The parking machine wouldn't take cards, and in fact ate your card if you tried to use it. There's no option to pay for the duration of your trip at the hotel. The service - I have to say, the service overall was quite pleasant. The staff helped us make reservations at local restaurants, they always greeted me, they were generally pleasant. They're basically the only thing keeping this hotel from a 1-star review.
