Hotel Euroski Mountain Resort & Spa

We had a week away with the family for half term, and this place was great. Staff very friendly, short walk to El Tarter, and good rooms. Dinner was adult orientated, with breakfast being better for the kids, but there was plenty of choice. I'd recommend.

A Catastrophic Experience at a Hotel Unworthy of Its 4 Stars** We stayed at the Euroski Hotel Mountain Resort & Spa last weekend, and it was a dreadful experience from start to finish. Here's what happened: - **Closed Spa and No Parking**: Upon arrival, we discovered that the spa was closed for renovations (this was not mentioned at the time of booking), there was no parking available for our car, and to top it all off, our rooms (we were two couples) were not ready, even though it was 4 PM—check-in started at 3 PM. - **Endless Delays**: By 6 PM, only one of the two rooms was ready. As we had tickets for an event already in progress, we reluctantly left our belongings in the available room and departed, hoping the second room would be ready upon our return. - **Unacceptable Wait**: Returning to the hotel at 11:30 PM, exhausted and eager to rest, we were shocked to learn that the second room was still not ready! We had to wait once again—this time in the hotel bar—until 12:30 AM to finally receive the key. - **A Room Under Construction**: The second room was completely unusable: - No curtains or blinds (making sleep impossible at sunrise). - Frames left on the floor. - No bulbs in the bedside lamps. We demanded an explanation and another room change. - **Second Attempt, Still a Disaster**: At 1:30 AM, we were given another room, which was even worse: - This one had curtains, but no showerhead in the bathtub. - A missing ceiling panel exposed the air conditioning system. - Stained sheets and an unsanitary bathroom, littered with hair and construction debris. Frustrated and exhausted, we spent the night in this decrepit room, hoping for a resolution the next day. - **No Improvement**: The next day, no replacement room was offered, nothing was repaired, and we left the hotel on Sunday bitterly disappointed, vowing never to return. As "compensation," the hotel offered us a voucher for a free night, which we obviously refused. This establishment falls far short of 4-star standards. The lack of cleanliness, organization, and service is unacceptable. We strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you’re looking for a pleasant and restful stay. Did not enjoy my stay here . There is much nicer hotels around Soldeu for better price . Way overpriced . The staff were clueless and most things were under “construction”. We asked about 4 staff were the games room was leading us in all different directions when we finally discovered it was “under construction” . The staff didn’t even know about the hotels resources . The spa - not worth it . €20 each . It’s very awkward as its placed in a hallway so people walking to their rooms can see in . Not private at all . The lounge and bar - awful atmosphere, not even music playing in the reception. A really dull and depressing mood from all staff and the whole vibe of the hotel . I really do not recommend this hotel at all !! I hope things improve as it is not a place to stay for a holiday especially for the price ! Outrageous
