Wonderful stay option and value for money. Located in a posh locality and right on the main road which makes it very convenient. Service is polite and staff are helpful. Rooms are satisfactory. And great dining options with 2 restaurants, and lastly, yes the inhouse wine shop!
Actually we had been there for lunch at their gujarati thali restaurant MANDAP. place is over hyped day by day food quality become bad to worsen but it is their luck that it is sometime over crowded and they win due to location advantage and one of the oldest hotel with thali restaurant. No competition in surrounding area for gujarati thali.
Disappointing Stay at Express Towers My parents had a horrible experience at Express Towers. The first room they were given had a non-functional TV, so they were shifted to another room—only to find that the electronic safe didn’t work. When they called for assistance, the staff member who came to fix it kept making excuses and said he would repair it the next day, when all that was needed was a simple battery change. The breakfast spread was extremely disappointing, lacking variety and quality. To make matters worse, the staff was unhelpful and indifferent, showing no concern for guest comfort. Overall, a poorly managed hotel with unresponsive service. Definitely not worth staying here!
