The staff is not very good with English, but they were very helpful and determined to communicate!! They were very nice. The downside was the parking lot, which is crowded and cannot support the number of guests they have. The food variety is wider than other locations in the same price range. I personally don't like the way Bulgaria spices the meat, but it was good. They also have kebabs, pizza and pancakes freshly made on the spot!
I don’t even know where to begin – this hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. Endless queues at the restaurant, the same awful spoiled food recycled every day in different forms. Rooms were filthy, dirty towels, stained bed sheets, and an overall lack of hygiene. The pool? Absolutely disgusting – green, murky, and clearly not cleaned. Only upside: it’s very close to the beach. That’s it. Save your money, your time, and your health. Go literally anywhere else.
I do not recommend this hotel in any way. The pictures you find on their page do not reflect reality in any way. I was shocked when I arrived and saw how pathetic it looked. The room was filthy in every way. The carpet was stained, the curtains held in a few clutches, the bedding was old and yellowed, and the safe was out of shape because it wasn't working. In the bathroom there was dirt on the floor, on the toilet seat, in the shower there was dirt and sand, the shower curtain was mouldy and very dirty, and the towels were old and shabby. We asked for a room with a double bed and got 2 single beds, which was also not respected. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired in other ways too, not just the room. Dishes and cutlery were very dirty and full of oil, the swimming pool, which does not look at all like in the pictures, is old and very small, water very dirty and full of sand. We stayed 6 days, but not one day we saw that pool cleaned. With small exceptions we could have a few meals at the hotel, the rest eating around because the food was badly cooked, oily and old. Potatoes were stale, meat uncooked, cheese spoiled, soups full of oil, all sorts of food concoctions that looked and tasted disgraceful. The food was not enough for the number of people staying and not enough meals, but the hotel staff was very disinterested in all these aspects. Parking is expensive, costing 20 bgn per day, not safe for cars and far away from the hotel, about 10 minutes from the hotel, in a field. The lifts work hard, are old and do not offer safety. I recommend to read carefully all the reviews about this hotel and consider the rating you find on Google. We took into account the rating on booking, which also does not reflect the reality, as it was 8.5 at the time we made the accommodation, now it is 6.5. My friend called the booking on the first day to say what the conditions are, but they claim that they do not know that the pictures do not reflect reality. We told the booking people that we want a refund of the money we paid, because the amount we paid is too high for what we are offered, they discussed with the hotel, but the hotel did not agree in any way. We also discussed with the hotel manager, who found as a solution to ask the kitchen what kind of food we want. But what's the use, if all the food was old and not cooked properly. We called the consumer protection in Bulgaria, but no action from them either.
