Hotel Florence

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. At first glance it didn't seem that bad, but the impression quickly deteriorated. The room was full of bedbugs, and the mattress was infested with cockroaches. The insects were literally everywhere: flying, crawling, and preventing you from sleeping. The bed linen was stained, the mattresses were old, in terrible condition, covered in some suspicious marks. For the "breakfast" for which I paid 15 euros, they only brought a few chopped vegetables - and, as the cherry on the cake, a white hair on the plate. No apologies, no offer to replace the food. The service was zero, the staff pretended that nothing was happening, and they simply shrugged their shoulders at complaints. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, avoid this hotel. The price is absolutely inadequate for such conditions. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I made reservation on agoda.com where nobody said about extra paid swimmingpool (400lei). What's more? The reservation included free breakfast, but the staff wanted to take from me 10 euro extra, and I didnt recive a breakfast

hey pretend to be 5* hotel, on booking shows like 4*...but it doesn't deserve even 3*. Very poor services, we arrived at 3PM, and we were waiting for the room more than 20 minutes! No one did apologized for it! Very rude staff. The breakfast is horrible, even if you don't like omelette, you must eat it, bcs there are not other choices! The swimming pool is not included and is very expensive. I think all the reviews was written by themselves or some friends.
