Pays to read reviews folks. This is a lovely hotel that sits in an awesome location about 3 mins walk from the lifts, it has a ground floor ski locker room and a back exit to get you skiing quicker. BUT it is next to the 'Irish Corner', a selection of 2 bars and 2 nightclubs that are often lively into the wee hours. The noise will be noticeable, so if you sleep light, can't fall asleep easily or aren't a fan of some drunk chat then don't expect different! As it is, we didn't mind a beverage or many, enjoyed Paddy's (a bit too much) and slept through the night. Amazing hotel, location is dependent on how you sleep and food is perfectly serviceable with options in town and on the mountain otherwise.

Stayed here few days in Mar '25 to ski. Room OK. I was top floor which helped lower noise from street below. Can be noisy early hours of morning. If you're a light sleeper stay elewhere. My major gripe with room was heating. Every single afternoon when i returned I had to ring reception to turn the heating off in my room. I asked do I really have to do this every day on the second day, they said no. Rubbish, every day it resent itself to 23C. proper pain, I would open window, but when it was snowing snow would come in... Breakfast is average. If you like your English, do bother its is cold, food is placed under lights and not heaters, so food hygiene is not a priority. Brekkie is 07:30, I was there 07:45, evenso food was only just warm. Ate one evening there for convenience, 25 euros, food average. Didn't use the bar or spa. Key factor - would I stay there again, no due to the heating issue.

The noise at night its impossible due to drunk people. The room is clean and the bed is ok. The rooms are to hot even with the ac at the minimum. Some staff are great and helpful, others seem like they don't wanna be there. The food is bad, almost everything is frozen and canned... Only good stuff was the meat/fish they cooked on spot and the salads.
