Stayed here in July last summer with my husband and we had an amazing time! The rooms and thermal spa are absolutely magnificent! It was such a relaxing stay. I will say we were disappointed by the “private beach” that is connected to the hotel. We decided to rent a car and then drive to other Cala’s in the area which was much more enjoyable. The service is a bit slow and the staff can be a bit confused but overall the property, the spa, the pools, and the amenities are incredible! Absolutely would love to come back!
We were fortunate enough to capture a wedding at Fontsanta Hotel and it exceeded all of our expectations. The grounds were stunning, the rooms were impeccable, and the service was outstanding. 5 stars all around!
Read carefully if you value quiet and tranquility in your hotel room. We booked a courtyard room - and arrived to have room n18 - the first room in the corridor leading away from the entrance and the reception. We didn’t think anything of it - until we tried to get an early night at 11pm but couldn’t sleep with the loud corridor & entrance noises filtering through the door. The next morning was even worse - we were awoken by the receptionist telephone and greeting of new guests at 7am, followed by 2 loud interruptions by the cleaning staff before 9am. When we mentioned the issue to the staff, they replied “well yes indeed it’s the closest room to the reception so it’s not completely unreasonable that you get some noise - but frankly this is a more common complaint from room n1, not room n18”. Since there were no free rooms they couldn’t move us, and so once again the next morning we had the same fiasco when we tried to move in. Honestly not the experience you expect from a 5 star, nor the kind of customer service you’d expect when raising this sort of issue. In Mallorca where you are spoiled with excellent 5 star hotels to choose from - if you value your holiday sleep, I could recommend you stay anywhere but here. The rest of the hotel is lovely, great spa and restaurant.
