I live in Brooklyn New York. My Personal experience was super the front desk Team incredible Thanks so much guys, the room the bed guaoooooo I slept like a baby, the location good for food stores, historical, very clean. I definitely recommend 💯 . Chile beautiful Country Santiago, Viña, Valparaiso, Atacama .

Hotel looks very nice and it’s next to a few very nice cafes and restaurants. Staff is helpful and both food and drinks are really really good. I should mention that my server last night, Walter, was exceptional and made me some of the best margaritas I ever had. Only 3 stars because the rooms are tiny and there is zero sound proofing, meaning you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the corridors and in the nearby rooms. I would also recommend staying away from the gym as there is no air conditioning and it’s pretty run down. There was also a power cut in the gym while I was running on the treadmill which almost made me fall over.

Central location at town centre. Easy to reach the historical town centre. My room on 7th floor is very small, not enough space to open two large luggage cases. No chairs and a table to work. Needs to go to the lobby to work on my laptop. Safe is difficult to operate.
