To be fair, all was good and room service at its best, just a small observation Make soft drink inclusive of the charges, such insignificant amount should be customer service Otherwise staff and all are the best, reception also at best
Service at reception is shocking... Absolutely shocking... In fact... Couldn't have worse... Service and food at the restaurant is good but with room for improvement. WiFi is OK.. It drops often but when it works it's OK. Rooms are neat and comfortable.
