Very close to the city center and bazaar, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff is attentive and friendly. If you ever visit Skopje, don't hesitate to stay here.

Good location, but pretty loud environment. No alcohol. Breakfast could be better.

I have to say that this hotel infrastructure initially invested a lot of money. But the current service level (cleanliness, breakfast, reception staff) is on level 1 of 10. Our group (50 people) arrived at 14:15 and the rooms were not ready. After a while, we received room key cards, but our room key card did not work. Reception gave us normal entrance key, and we finally managed to enter the room. Room was dirty, linen had stains, bathroom dirty, smelly and full of calc. I asked them if they could clean it in the next 2-3 hours or give us a different room. They said they would clean it. When we returned after dinner, only linen was changed. So I asked if we could receive a different room. The reception guy gave us the key to a different room, so we went to see it (no one escorted us, no one even bothered to check our room again and see what was again wrong). That other room was also smelly (different smell but very intense), so we returned to our room, stayed for one night, and left in the morning. Breakfast was very basic, no coffee (machine was broken), no tea, etc. And at the end no one from the hotel said they are sorry.
