Hotel Goldener Adler BW Signature Collection

This hotel is in a great location in the old town, close to many sights and restaurants. Many famous people have stayed here and are noted in more than one place. Each room has the name of the historic person who stayed in the room you're in, next to your door. The daytime front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming, nice and helpful, but the evening staff not as much. I stayed in both a double and a single room, and both were very clean and fine, and the price was a good value. It was the only hotel I stayed in during a month in Europe that didn't provide hair conditioner to use after shampooing. Breakfast was good but not exceptional, and you can choose to include it for 24 Euros a day or not. Would stay here again if I return to gorgeous Innsbruck, which is a great town.

We had an excellent experience at the Golden Adler Restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed the apple strudel and the sirloin steak. Beautifully cooked. I must commend the local beer. It was invigorating yet light on the palate. Kudos to Karl who made the experience enjoyable and serene. He was knowledgeable, professional with outstanding hospitality.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, very friendly staff and the rooms are beautifully decorated, they have air conditioning and beautiful views too. I could not fault the hotel or the location. It was absolutely fantastic and I’d come back in a heartbeat! I wish my stay was longer.
