We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Gracery Sapporo. After experiencing a cramped hotel in Tokyo, this was a refreshing change. We stayed for four nights, and the room had just the right amount of space — enough to open one large suitcase and a smaller one comfortably on the floor. While we mainly used the room to sleep, it was comfortable and met all our needs. We opted for the daily breakfast and were glad we did — the variety and quality made it well worth it. The front desk service was excellent; the staff were always warm, helpful, and ready with useful local tips. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, with direct underground access to Sapporo Station just steps away. Thank you for the lovely hospitality — we’d happily stay here again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent location — right across from Daimaru and directly connected to the underground walkway. Super convenient, especially in bad weather! • You can store your luggage both before check-in and after check-out. • Great amenity station where you can pick what you need — no need to bring your own. • Clean and comfortable rooms, very well maintained. • Each floor has water dispensers and ice machines — a nice touch. • And most importantly… the breakfast buffet is amazing! A wide variety of delicious dishes that you’re sure to fall in love with. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapporo!
I will onyl stay here if I have to for a morning or late train. The room while being a decent size for a Japanese standard economy room, it was stained to hell. The walls were various colors and scratches and the floor had many mystery marks and spots. It was the only hotel I felt forced to wear the slippers consistently. Amazing location, Great staff, Suspiciously stained rooms.
