Hotel Grand Central

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Grand Central during our trip to Singapore. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Miss Jane at the reception, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. ☺️Her helpfulness and patience were truly appreciated. Miss Cherry and Max were also incredibly kind and always greeted us with genuine smiles, making us feel right at home.🥰 The breakfast section was another highlight of our stay. Mika and Raymond were absolutely fantastic 🤩 super friendly, cheerful, and always ready to help. They really brightened up our mornings with their warm hospitality. ♥️ The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it easy to explore the city. But what truly stood out was the team of amazing people who made our visit so special.👌👌 missing them already We highly recommend Hotel Grand Central to anyone visiting Singapore you won’t be disappointed! This hotel is a solid, no-frills stay right in the heart of Orchard Road. The location is its biggest win. just steps away from shopping, food, and MRT stations, which makes getting around super easy. The room is clean and decently sized, though the interior feels pretty standard. It’s more functional than fancy, but it gets the job done if you just need a comfy place to rest after exploring the city. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in our room was broken, but when we requested a room change, the hotel staff immediately gave us another one.

Quite disappointed by how stingy the service felt. Basic amenities that are usually complimentary in other hotels were either not provided . Things like replace new towels, the receptionist told me is not allowed only can give the next day which i found quite unreasonable for a hotel. Its a basic request that most place accommodate without issues. While the room was clean and the location convenient, the overall experience lacked warmth and generosity. The wierd part is the receptionist was not wearing a name tag. It made the interaction feel unprofessional . Simple things like guest service and staff presentation really matter, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short. I hope management can improve on these areas to provide a better guest experience in the future.
