Hotel Grand Chancellor Auckland

A really great stay at the Hotel Grand Chancellor. My room was a good size, nice to have a couch to sit on other than the bed. The bed was very comfortable, room was quiet and laid out well. I had continental breakfast each morning which was delicious, generous and the restaurant is placed really nicely so creates a really nice relaxing way to start the day. All of the team were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location for me was great and being mid-town, it was an easy walk everywhere. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic hotel with staff being really lovely. Rooms are clean and tidy and beds are comfortable. Definitely go for the breakfast! Also go for the happy cocktails, they were fantastic. They have a decent sized conference room on the same floor as the restaurant. Finish work, have a drink or stay for the weekend this was definitely a good hotel in the middle of Auckland.

I had such a great experience during my stay at Hotel Grand Chancellor Auckland. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, with everything you need nearby. A massive thank you to Joyal, the Duty Manager, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and looked after. From the warm welcome at check-in to checking in on how I was doing throughout the stay, his kindness and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Also Shy is super friendly and nice. Great crew. The room service was exceptional and it was clean and cozy, the staff were all friendly, and the whole atmosphere was super relaxed.
