Rooms are very clean, people in there are nice and respectful, plus it's very affordable, BUT what tops it all is EDDIE the receptionist! He's one of the greatest people I've met there, shoutout to Eddie. 5 stars for his beautiful soul!
What a terrible experience! We checked all reviews before checking in and everyone mentionned that it is a 4 stars hotel (still wondering how could that happen). Our first question mark was when we communicated with the hotel via email before our arrival and never got an answer. Having a pub on the second floor of the hotel deprived us from sleeping during our stay. On the first night, my husband asked for some restaurants brochures and not only they did not have any but they also refused to help us, to force us eat at their restaurant which did not have any varieties, especially that my husband is vegan. But the most disturbing experience of all was having a visit of a prostitute at 6.30 in the morning mistaken by the room number and an hour later hearing her scream all the way of the corridor after an unpleasent deal she apparently experienced. This was beyond the worse hotel we've ever been even when we went to a 3 stars hotel.
