A perfect hotel. The building is a modern restoration and upgrade of a 19th-century hotel, perfectly placed on Piotrkowska. Spacious, sleek, and elegant without being flashy. I especially liked the generous use of different stone finishes. The best spa facilities I’ve ever seen. An exceptional wet bath and swimming pool, fully clad in marble. Staff were outstanding — helpful, engaged, and genuinely kind, without the scripted corporate chatter. We felt truly cared for. And there was even a decent vegan breakfast option. Uheard of.

You’ll not be disappointed and your stay will be legendary at the Grand Hotel of Lodz. Amazing services they cleaned our hotel room twice a day! Also, this hotel is located in the heart of the old town of Lodz, right in the center of Piotrkowska street with a walking distance to major sites, such as Manufaktura, and the best restaurants and entertainment that the city had to offer. We loved our stay here!

Beautifully restored hotel and perfect location in Lodz. The room is very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The spa is very very well designed and luxurious and would recommend that alone. The only slight negative was when we were staying there was a conference on and the hotel vibe was less relaxed. This is a vet small minus and we will go back.
