Best hotel in Pirmam (Salah Al din). The service is very good and the location is fantastic. The rooms are maintained well.
Some hotel employees (especially those at the front desk and restaurant) think they're managers and disrespect their guests. This is hurting the Grand Swiss Hotel. Someone needs to teach them to respect their customers. When you employ people with no experience in hotel or tourism, such disrespect is bound to happen. But Renchber and Hassan, in particular, are truly excellent; they are very kind and respectful to their customers.
