Hotel Grand Victoria

We had a superb experience at the Asian a-la-cart restaurant. All staff at the hotel was very friendly and professional. The kids pool is quite small and the water in a bit cold in all pools. The main buffet restaurant has no terrace and eating is always busy and crowded inside. The food was various ,delicious and with good quality. Desserts were excellent. Overall, the hotel has good value for money.

We had a pleasant stay at Victoria hotel. The hotel is located on the beach, but it also has a big pool. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. The food was delicios and had a lot of variaty. The sweets and drinks are very good for an all inclusive hotel. There was also good entertainment for kids and adults in the evenings

We spent a week in the hotel. We were extremly pleased with everytging. It was an absolute amazing time here. The staff was super kind, everybody spoke english. they went above and beyond to fulfill our every request. I would like to mention Theodora and Fandy from the catering staff. They were always smiling, kind and respectful. 🙂 There was always plenty of good-quality food at every meal. The variety was excellent - there were always several options, including different kinds of meat, fish, or pasta. Everyone could easily find something that suited their taste for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were fully satisfied with how clean the rooms were. The cleaning ladies were always smiling, kind. 😍 After reading previous reviews that complained about the cleanliness of the rooms and the monotony of the meals, I honestly do not know where those people stayed - we did not experience anything like that during our entire week. 🌺
