Enjoyed some delicious food at the last moments of the day. Then the hot tub for a bit. We arrived just before 9pm. Sunday night. The staff was amazing everywhere and always. Many things were kept open for us even though it should have been closed. Not one thought that they wouldn’t make it happen for us. My partner and daughter are going for a total relax massage later. I can’t imagine it not being incredible.
The staff were very nice, particularly in the restaurant and pool bar. The included breakfast was very nice. The room was comfortable, but you could hear your neighbors and people outside your room very easily. The pool area was nice, but the pool and jacuzzi could have been a little more clean. When we asked to have the jacuzzi turned on and warmed up our first night, the staff forgot to and we couldn’t use it. Overall a pretty compound, nice staff, but the pool and jacuzzi area were a little bit of a let down.
