We stayed there for 3 days and I had an amazing time. I met a serbian boss and I am sending him and his family greetings. Of course there are some cons but overall i have nothing negative to say but positive. There is swiming pool, parking, they are very hospitable and I hope we will meet in future. Greetings from Bosnian hiking team 🫶🏻
The hotel was located very close to the gondola, the staff very kind, the breakfast was various and tasty, the pool and sauna were nice and clean . Now regarding the clean in the room was disaster. The bathroom didn't look like it was ever cleaned before ,the pillow and the blanket were yellow and dirty and the dust in the room was not vacuum.
I and some friends of mine went on a vacation here in the summer. My expectations for this place weren't high, for the price was quite acceptable. However, I was not ready for this place. I get that it's a cheap hotel, but it's still rated at four stars (somehow), and it likes boasting about it, even though the experience is comparable to a motel. The walls are dirty, the shower room is dirty – the whole room is. Everything is old and/or broken, and they tried charging us over it because we were apparently the first ones to report a problem. Take the minifridge. In the summer, even this mountain resort can get hot, so if you have drinks, this piece of tech is mandatory. However, I am willing to bet that the minifridge here was of Soviet times. It made quite the loud noise while turned on, as well as leaving an awful smell that spread across the whole room. And it did not even get the temperature down by a single degree. This was even more troubling as the rooms had no A/C unit. I am aware this was the norm some 40 years ago, but times have changed. Also, forget about decent Internet – speeds average at around 10 mbps download at best. The windows can only be opened fully, and they have no insect nets, with the latter proving especially troublesome. The toilet was somehow leaking. Half of the lights didn't work. The heater didn't work, which could be very bad in the middle of the winter (one of the days it was really cold, so we tried turning it on). The TV literally bugged out in the middle of us troubleshooting it, and at that point, we didn't even bother telling reception. Finally, one of the other rooms my friends stayed in had a broken door handle, thus locking them inside of the room until we could open the door from the other side. This is all made worse by the fact there are cheaper and better hotels nearby. Unless this place gets a full overhaul, I will not recommend.
