Stayed here for 1 night. Was met by the most charming and welcoming person at the front desk (Dragana). Definitely set the tone for the stay. Great job! The room was clean and very neat.
The rooms are clean-ish, it could be better but I’ve seen way worse 4* hotels. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. It is away from the city center but there is a bus stop and you have buses you can take every 15-30 minutes, too bad the last bus you can take is around 23.00.
Hotel is located in a quiet area of Banja Luka, it most definitely needs to level up their cleaning game. Upon entrance of the room the carpet stains were hard to miss. There were stains on the courtain, the wardrobe had dust inside had to put a clean towel so I can place my clothes. The toilet seat had stains also that needed to be cleaned. There was a 24/7 annoying sound that came from the vents. 2/10 regarding cleaning. The rest was alright.
