A Memorable and a Brilliant stay, Team has been going above and beyond as soon as we stepped in, attention to details and a level of service true to what luxury is about. Hotel is superbly located in the Alishan mountains, untouched within beautiful nature and scenery. Well-appointed and equipped rooms, we had the best sleep in ages in total comfort and peace. Perfect stay to unplug. F&B offering delivers to their promise, high quality buffet spread with tasty 21 days aged beef in house for main course, prime cuts of US meats. Wine is matching the diner experience in a cozy setting, all colleagues smiling and ensuring it remains an experience. Breakfast buffet is international standard with hints of local elements, reflecting the regional cuisine. Pool service hits top marks, great after a breakfast lazy time overlooking the valley and 'pause' time. We were able to see an eagle, special moment in this untouched and authentic setting. Left with great memories and full marks in all aspects. Recently spent two nights here and it was a wonderful experience. A big thank you to Autumn and the team. I greatly appreciated the service? early check-in and support with helping arrange a last minute request for a tea tasting and tour at Lin Yuan. The rooms were clean, large, and modern with everything one would need. The rooftop is great for sunrise and appreciated the small touches for the occasion like the hot cocoa and croissants. It is a bit far from the national park entrance and other sights. Those with a car would find this location manageable.

We all enjoyed the exceptional stay experience. Indeed the hotel is located halfway to the Alishan but the surrounding view is still spectacular and there are trails near the hotel for leisure walk. There are various vegan options for the breakfast buffet which is great for us. The service provided by the hotel is also excellent and lively. It is recommended to stay here for few days to relax and enjoy the neighbourhood.
