Hotel Indigo Brisbane City Centre An Ihg Hotel

After an eventful trip back from overseas, we had to find last minute accommodation at midnight. 5 stars just for the fact they had a 24/7 reception. 5/5 stars for the service especially that provided by Beau! You are an absolutely fantastic human and went above and beyond my expectations. Rooms are quite modern and so well designed and every detail thought of. Bed was very comfy. Location accessible. Overall, bit pricey but you get what ypu pay for. Thank you.

Excellent location, parking is the next block over, not on site which was a pain with rainy weather. The rooms were small but very clean, light switch dodgy in room and toilet only just flushed. breakfast was nice, nothing stand out. Staff were lovely and accommodating, beds were firm but comfy. A door to the bathroom would have been nice as you step out of shower to your room

Very disappointed – missing item and no responsibility taken! Room is good, but the service was poor. I stayed at Indigo Hotel and accidentally left my skincare products in the room after checking out. A few days later, when I realized and contacted the hotel, they simply said they found nothing. No effort to investigate, no responsibility. My skincare items were not cheap, and it’s very suspicious that nothing was returned. It’s clear that someone at this hotel cannot be trusted. Be very careful with your belongings – there could be a thief among the staff. I will not stay here again and do not recommend this place to anyone who values their personal items.
