Beautiful hotel few mins walk from centre of Chester overlooking the park. Quiet and relaxing spot. Our room was gorgeous with a fab bathroom. Lovely toiletries provided and fridge with complimentary drinks. What made this stay even better was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. Special mention to Sophie for being so lovely, even giving us a free drink in the bar to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel. It was a great price as well if you download their rewards app.
Loved everything about this hotel. Staff all amazing. Singing waiter Steve who served our breakfasts was lovely. The room lovely and all products were top class. We shall return soon. Ideally placed for everything. Sad to be leaving. Top class hotel in every way.
A well positioned city hotel near the park and a few minutes walk into the centre. A warm welcome from the front of house and excellent service. The room was a good size with lovely bedding. Toiletries provided and drinks in the fridge. The only downside is there is only 1 accessible parking space on site. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful choice.
