Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful—always ready to assist with a smile. The attention to detail across the hotel was impressive, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the thoughtful touches throughout the property. The food was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and varied, with something to suit every taste. It’s clear that this hotel takes pride in offering guests a top-quality experience in every aspect. This was my second visit to them, they remembered me, what I like to have for breakfast and much more. Really the best service in Oman.
