Hotel Indigo Taipei North by IHG

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Hotel Indigo Taipei North! The hotel is truly unique with its stylish design and vibrant atmosphere, making it stand out from other hotels in the area. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. A special shoutout to Ricky at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Kevin also made my experience seamless by helping me extend my stay over the phone with ease. His assistance was much appreciated! I’d also like to thank Cynthia (I hope I got her name right!) from housekeeping. She was so thoughtful and made sure my room was always perfect, contributing to a really comfortable and relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Taipei. Highly recommend Hotel Indigo Taipei North. You will love it!!

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. I booked the room without breakfast as the room type with breakfast only has twin bed but the hotel still extend the complimentary breakfast to me. Happy hour from 9 to 10 pm was nice too. Overall very satisfied with the hotel service.

Having an amazing stay at Hotel Indigo Taipei! The hotel is super stylish and in a great location, but what really made the experience stand out was the service. Leo was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived—friendly, professional, and made check-in feel smooth and personal. Cindy was also fantastic, super helpful and thoughtful throughout our stay. Both of them went out of their way to make sure we felt taken care of. The rooms are clean, comfy, and well-designed—loved the vibe. Definitely one of the better hotel experiences we’ve had in Taipei. Would absolutely stay again next time I’m here 👍👍
