I’ve spent 10 nights at Indigo hotel as I wanted to stay close to family and friend in the area. The staff is truly amazing! Very polite and accommodating, they’ve responded to any needs and questions I’ve had. The rooms are very standard, albeit, slightly small. For individuals it’s good large enough, however for couples, i’d recommend picking the largest possible room type. My room was very clean and cleaning services were offered daily. The hotel has a very nice rooftop pool at the top floor, it offers a nice view of Tel Aviv area and plenty of space to sit. Breakfast is a good option as well, which includes typical Israeli breakfast (shakshuka, tuna salad, breads, cheese, salads and more). Although the hotel is not located in the center of Tel Aviv, you have just about everything you need in a walking distance: Many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, super market, access to public transportation and more, from the point of view the location is great. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my stay at indigo, I have also enjoyed interacting with the staff and will definitely be back in the future!

Absolutely awful experience. I arrived at the hotel to check into a room that had been booked by my company. It was on the 9th floor - a decent, spacious room - but disgustingly filthy. Towels were thrown across the floor, and there were condom wrappers next to the bed. I reported the issue, and their solution? Downgrade me to a shared room on the 3rd floor. They claimed no one else would be staying there, but sure enough, someone else moved in days later. So now I'm living with a stranger - great. After complaining again, they moved me to the 7th floor and had the audacity to call it a deluxe room - even though I started on the 9th. The AC was obnoxiously loud, moths were flying around, and the maintenance guy couldn’t hear the noise (or didn’t care). He was rude, unhelpful, and clearly didn’t want to deal with the problem. To top it off, I handed over a few shirts for laundry - and they somehow lost one of my more expensive shirts. When I asked how that’s even possible, one receptionist actually said, “Maybe aliens stole it.” Are you kidding me? That’s the level of professionalism here? It took four days of getting ping-ponged between receptionists, none of whom had a clue what the other had done. Every shift acted like they were hearing my complaint for the first time. They kept taking notes that either vanished or were never read. While most of the reception staff were friendly enough, the sheer incompetence and lack of communication were unacceptable. Avoid this hotel. If you don't, at least pray that you never run into any issues, because the help won't be there.
