Hotel Intrendy

Modern hotel in New Taipei City with very friendly English-speaking staff. Rooms are fairly spacious (especially for Taipei standards) and housekeeping does an excellent job keeping them clean (as well as providing you with complementary waters each day!). Front desk staff and management are also wonderful and extremely helpful. Free breakfast buffet from 7-9:30am every day...I enjoyed it. Pretty good variety and quality of foods. Just to nitpick, the only thing I wished is that on the days they serve hard-boiled eggs that they would also offer either scrambled or fried eggs for people like myself who don't eat hard-boiled eggs. Overall, I have had excellent stays here and would highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay in Taipei, especially if you need a place in the proximity of Fu Jen University. Very clean, friendly, and safe. Just be aware that breakfast they serve is virtually no Western style at all. :)

It was a pretty good hotel. The bad: Gym was lacking. Restaurant on the top floor was closed without warning (very annoying) Location is ok, it was good for what we needed. I would have liked cappuccinos/lattes along with the Americanos included in the provided drinks at the cafe. The good; Breakfast included was fantastic. Big bathtub and Japanese style toilet. Great beds, large and comfortable. Nice and helpful staff. I would consider coming back as it was a decent place to stay. It was solid, not amazing, but solid.
