Absolutely perfect hotel for Prayagraj, compact , efficient and excellent service. The reception was efficient. Rooms were spacious, well lit and aerated.The bathroom too was well designed and stocked with daily need items.Housekeeping was quick, attentive and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

Service and coordination among the staff is hopeless. Had very bad experience at the eating area. Though the dinner was included in the package, the hotel staff kept on denying it. At the end they were told about package. Hopeless service and coordination.
