Great hotel that is located in a very convenient location, right above Kyobashi Station and next to JR Osaka Loop. Plently of restuarants and food options in the area. Room size is typical however they are very clean and decor is fine. SInce it's located next to the railway, there is the noise from when trains pass on the tracks, however after a while you don't really notice it at all. Lobby is located on the 7th floor so you don't see the staff often unless you need something and even then, they are friendly and more than happy to help you. There is also a coin-laundry which is very convenient, for about 500yen you can wash about 6kg worth.
Located just outside of Kyobashi Station, this hotel is ideal. We booked a superior double room which was located on the 15th floor which is the superior floor however, it wasn't that big but ok for two nights. The view of the city was awesome! There is a mall on the side which has multi levels of various shops & down the road is market Street which has lots of smaller food joints, Don Quijote (Donki) which was pretty cool. This place is quite vibrant during the day & evening. Breakfast was reasonable, but they do close at 9.30am so get it as quick as you can. The area is quite spacious, if it seems that the food is bland like some reviewers have mentioned, then just add kimchi, chilli powder or the dressings they have on the side. Laundry is on th 7th floor, wash & dry is approx 700 Yen but you may need to do two rounds of drying if you have a larger load. Customer service was pleasant & friendly which is common all over Japan. Lots of awesome food around this hotel & very close to the station.
The rooms was not really spacious but still comfortable. I had rat problems on the first night staying and I guess the staff was not convinced at all but they still called the exterminator. They finally believed when one of them saw a tail of other mouse coming down from the ceiling and we got compensated to sleep in another room. But after that I could feel some staff side eyeing us, I hope that was just my imagination tho. But overall, stay here if you move a lot during the day and please bring smaller luggage if you want to stay here. The breakfast food was mostly japanese washoku and it tasted superb👌
