Beautiful, Elegant Hotel close to the city centre!! It gives off 5 Star 🌟 Hotel vibes, although it's a 4 🌟 Hotel! Rooms are lovely with modern decor and blackout blinds. Nice washroom as well. The restaurant serves an excellent breakfast and their Monday to Thursdays Buffer Dinners are a steal at only Rs 550 per person ! The service was top-notch with attentive waiters serving our every course! The lobby is huge, impressive and welcoming! Overall, we enjoyed a great stay at Hotel Kiscol Grands!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 IT'S A 5 STARS FROM US !!

A Pleasant Stay with Great Hospitality! I recently stayed at Hotel Kiscol Grands and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing ambience. The interiors are tastefully done and provide a cozy atmosphere for both leisure and business travelers. What truly stood out was the courteous and attentive staff—both at the reception and the restaurant. They made sure every need was met with a smile, making the stay even more enjoyable. While the location might not be the most scenic, the warm hospitality and excellent room quality more than make up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay in the city

I have never experienced such unprofessional and rude behaviour from hotel staff before. Instead of helping guests and making them feel welcome, the receptionist acted arrogantly and showed no respect or courtesy. Any queries or concerns were met with dismissive or unpleasant responses. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in the hospitality industry, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values good customer service.
