Hotel Kraljevi Čardaci

The ambiance of the “Kraljevi Čardaci Spa” hotel exudes warmth, comfort, and mountain charm, with every detail carefully designed to make guests feel at home – or, I would say, even better. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. What we appreciated the most was the peace and quiet, the comfortable bed, and the view of the forest... everything was perfect for a complete reset. The staff deserves every compliment. They are all friendly, smiling, always there when needed, but never intrusive. They really care for every guest, and you can feel that. The spa & wellness center was a real treat for us – everything clean, warm, and beautifully decorated. After a day in the snow, the pool or sauna was a true oasis. The food... wow! All the praise: delicious, fresh, homemade, with plenty of choices. There’s something for those who are careful with their diet, but also for those who want to indulge. The location was perfect for us – close enough to the center, but still tucked away so you have peace and quiet, yet everything feels within reach. The forest is all around the hotel, so the air is clean and crisp…When it comes to families with children, this is the perfect place. For little ones and teenagers, there are plenty of activities – from animators, skiing, and forest walks (don’t worry, they have their own trails 😉) to an indoor pool and playroom for the younger ones. In our case, our teenager was thrilled and didn’t want to leave the hotel 😉. They also offer special services for young people, including quick snacks, a socializing space, and unforgettable excursions (and not just for the young 😀). All in all, this is one of those places where you wish you could come back as soon as you leave. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a real vacation, whether in winter or summer. We keep coming back! Maybe I’ve written a lot, but I really wanted to capture the essence of our stay at Kraljevi Čardaci. Our rating from 1 to 10 is 100.

We had a great time staying at Kraljevi Čardaci and Kopaonik in general. This was our first time but will be back! As well as being a party mountain ( the slopes are empty in the mornings as party people are recovering 😉so great time for families to enjoy crowd-free slopes:-)), Kop is also a family mountain. We liked the hotel mainly for the facilities and for the staff! The spa, the pool with the slides was amazing for kids as was the adults🤩 only spa area that has a second pool. The table tennis; kids entertainment and cafe next to the pool and playground are just suburb. But above all, the staff were exceptional. Igor was great at the reception, Ilija at the cafe and most of all the chef 🧑‍🍳 Goran who looked after us and our special requests. For management: the people are your greatest asset; look after them 🙌 Thank you & see you soon.

Excellent option for spending holidays with skiing, spa, perfect food on breakfast and dinner both. Nice rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows. Perfect relax and good mood with the snow and the snowy threes around. Going to the city and ski centre is very comfortable with the buses of the hotel. The ski depot is good, perfect location, everything you need is there, with heating ski shoes shelves. I didn't like the bathroom, especially the shower cabin. It needs some renovation. The sink and the shelves were very comfortable. Our dryer was out of order! The heating in the bathroom is missing, so the wet towels, swim suits.. etc .. cannot dry very well. There's no real lobby in this labyrinth hotel. A few tables with smoke all around. The camin sala wasn't working, only the bar next to the restaurant (may be that's the lobby) and the spa bar with no smoke but always busy. So I give 4 stars, and I will be back for sure sometime, but I will appreciate more good looking and working shower spaces, working dryer, some heating in the bathroom and more spaces without smoking.
