I usually focus on comfort and cleanliness when reviewing a hotel, and to be fair, this place delivers well on those points. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the location is excellent for travelers. However, I experienced a few things that left me feeling uncomfortable. When I made small requests—like ordering a drink—some of the staff looked directly at me but seemed hesitant or reluctant to help. I’m not sure if it’s a cultural difference or just the service style here, but it made me feel slightly unwelcome at times. Another thing that stood out was the overly watchful environment. There was a woman in a loose-fitting business suit who constantly walked around the bar, restaurant, and entrance, observing tables and guests in a way that felt more like surveillance than service. Her presence gave off a sense of tension—as if something was wrong or about to go wrong. It reminded me more of a security setting than a relaxed hotel experience. Still, the facilities and housekeeping were up to standard, and the hotel has strong potential. I just hope the management takes this feedback into consideration to improve the overall guest experience. By the way front desk help fully!

Stayed here for two nights 21-22 June. All was good except for the hygiene. The room was unpleasantly dirty and no signs of proper cleaning pre check in was noticed. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly. No bellboy however to help with the luggage up to the room. And most importantly room cleanliness should improve!

This hotel is recommended for people who are completely deaf. At night, there was an unbelievable amount of noise, especially from the club across the street (until 5 a.m. on Saturday, but also until well after midnight on Sunday). In addition, extremely loud cars and motorcycles constantly drive around the hotel. When exhausted guests leave their rooms overtired and sleep-deprived, they are rewarded with senseless music blaring in every public area of the hotel. I had to shout at the waiters in the bar so they could understand my order. It's all a shame, because this could actually be a very nice place.
