If your definition of a 4 star hotel is only a nice view (required booking premium suite), then this is your place. If you want to deal with delayed check in, having to use the concierge desks space to store luggage, waste half the day dealing with hotel issues, and enjoy rooms with bugs and cold showers, then this is also your place. 1. Arrived early to the hotel, yet still was told that our rooms will be delayed until past 4pm for turnover (check in is 3pm) 2. The room had a broken front door lock, so you don't need a key to enter. You can just walk in! 3. So many signatures and random rules and policies make your guests consistently going down to the front desk to update guest info (I guess staff couldn't remember to do everything at once) 4. Communication issues despite using translators resulting in faulty charges and back and forth explaining why refunds for certain things are required. 5. Booked jet ski experience at 4pm for 3 (paid in advance), and did not get into the water until 5pm and we're told the 3rd jet ski actually won't be free because they gave it to someone else 6. Yeah we're in a nature landscape and bugs are obvious, but if room turnover took until 4pm then the least they could do is clean the dead bugs from the hot tub? Plenty more I can say. 2 star review purely for the view and a couple great staff members that helped address issues to the best of their ability. Would never book this place again!

Good location. Restaurant service is terrible… You can’t buy a simple orange juice unless you pay for parking first. That’s the kind of people you will find there. Choose wisely, there are much better places with people who really like to service others.

We went Jet ski with a group of 10 people which we paid in total an amount of around $800+ USD. When I was jet skiing one of the plastic bumpers of the jet ski fell off and I picked it up and honestly told the one in charge. They immediately told me that I must pay and was not interested in how it happened. The bumper was not secured well and maybe was already damaged or loose from previous activities. front desks charge me 100usd for something that cost less than 10 $ USD to fix. Watch out!! they will do anything to scam you, and the check in procedure is verry slow! No AC/ they charge you for stuff you did not consume! We booked the Jet skis in advance, and they did not reserve them and gave them to other people, we had to do it the next day. Doors are cheap and my daughter’s mattress is hard, my mother got stuck in the bathroom. Another family member’s door was not working.
