Outstanding Service from Stefano – Truly Appreciated! I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lugano Torretta, and I’d like to give a heartfelt thank you to Stefano at reception, who provided exceptional support both during and after my visit. From check-in to check-out, Stefano was always kind, attentive, and professional. Even after I returned to my home country, he continued to assist me by helping with a parcel I had left behind. He ensured everything was properly handled, printed the new shipping label, and prepared the package for international pickup without hesitation. His patience and genuine care made a big difference. Thank you, Stefano! — Vidushi Damry

Poorly maintained hotel. Once it was really amazing, I'm pretty sure. Now needs renovation. Poor breakfast. Emiliano from reception is amazing, the lady is opposite to amazing. Close to bus for a trip in Venice!

We booked this hotel last minute as it was in a good location. Upon check-in, we were informed that the room we had booked was a twin instead of the double we had requested. We were told it would only be changed for the second night. I asked about the possibility of an upgrade and was willing to pay the difference, after some back and forth, we were kindly offered the upgrade free of charge. However, there were several issues during our stay: • Room temperature was extremely high (29–30°C) and the air conditioning wasn’t working. We later found out it had been intentionally turned off by the hotel, but we were not informed of this. • We had to sleep with the windows open, and one of them was cracked, which let in a lot of street noise and disturbed our sleep. • No iron was available in the room, and reception didn’t respond to multiple calls. I had to go down and was told guests must iron their clothes in a designated area. • A laundry bag was provided, but we were told the hotel doesn’t offer laundry service. We had to walk 5 minutes to a nearby place to get it done. Overall, not a great experience. We stayed in seven hotels during our trip, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst.
