Hotel Lulu in Kyrgyzstan is a great choice for families. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The location is fantastic in terms of walking options. The hotel consists of 10 floors. The last 4 floors are good and maintained with balcony in the 10th floor with city view or mountain view. Avoid floor 7. The breakfast buffet had meaningfull options with coffee, fruits and choice of eggs. There are couple of dining options in 800 meters. Things close around at 8 pm. Ps - there is a 24 hour ps/ computer gaming vendor downstairs.
Average hotel on a street. No parking available. Even a taxi cant stop to offload luggages. Breakfast was average. Noisy street and rooms are not sound proof.
