I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Lunay! The staff, especially Sauaş and Suzi, were so friendly and helpful. Their hospitality made my experience even better, and I felt very welcomed. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. I highly recommend Hotel Lunay for anyone looking for a warm and inviting place to stay. I’ll definitely be back!

The food in breakfast was about to finish all the time, watermelon was not fresh, I was not very late for breakfast. Room was clean. Stuff helpful but don't go to Suluada through their agency. Horrible experience, bus without conditioner, 3 hours way back to hotel instead of 1.5 hours, to guiding which boat we should search. Location is quite good. Not far from center, easy to reach by taxi. Place is quite silent night time, good to rest

Avoid This Hotel My most recent stay at this hotel was extremely dissatisfying due to a plethora of major issues. Despite potentially courteous personnel, these problems significantly detract from the overall guest experience, and I strongly suggest that others steer clear of this property. The room amenities were not satisfactory; while there was air conditioning, it was very weak and provided no relief. The fridge was not functioning, and basic amenities were also not present, like the absence of an elevator in the building and a phone in the room. Moreover, the electric sockets barely worked, which was highly inconvenient. Connectivity was also a problem; the Wi-Fi was very slow and difficult to utilize. The food quality was poor, which further added to the negative experience. The hotel does have a pool, but its presence does not compensate for the utter lack of important services and the overall underdeveloped state of the property. These issues combined created a truly awful and frustrating stay. The hotel desperately needs to correct these fundamental issues in order to have a passable experience for guests. Because of the extent of these issues, it is best that prospective guests avoid this hotel altogether.
