Good location for buses to Central 33 and next to the fountains up to Alahmbra and Alcucin. Friendly helpful staff. Basic usual buffet breakfast. Room clean. Nice to have option of a bath.

Good location, But the room had only one electrical outlet. And the breakfast is not that good, it's better to eat at the "Pastelería El Sol" right at the corner. It's very easy to hear the noises from the neighboring rooms, but our neighbors were not loud

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Although check-in was officially at 14:00, I had to wait in a queue until 15:15 to receive my room key, despite there being only a few guests. The room itself was dark, unwelcoming, and lacked basic standards in most modern hotels as coffee or tea. The difference in quality was striking compared to my stay in the nearby Hotel Catalonia, which offers far better service and comfort at similar cost. On the day of check-out (12:00), I left the room early for an exam and placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. When I returned just 2 hours later, Ironically, a staff member told me my belongings had been removed and put under the reception desk. The hotel had no issue being perfectly on time when it came to removing my belongings. Some of my items were missing, including an iPhone charger and food. Overall, this was an unpleasant, unprofessional experience. The hotel is old, poorly managed, and offers little to no consideration for its guests. I strongly regret choosing this place and would not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the time, stress, and money.
