I liked my room a lot ! The view was nice (pool side) The Animation team was very encouraging to join the activities that they were hosting, and were all very very sweet, honestly made the experience way better!! Them, plus the pool were my favourite part, the food and the beach was mid but it didn’t effect my experience too much as I was still really sad to leave :’) Would’ve gave it a 5 if the lift to my area of the hotel wasn’t broken for the whole 10 days I was there

We stayed there for 5–6 days with my two-year-old, and I’ll keep the review short and sweet. Pros: The location is spotless and very close to the beach. You can have as many drinks as you like, and the bars—especially the one by the pool—are lovely, as you can enjoy a drink while swimming. Cons: The hotel is very outdated and in need of refurbishment, from the carpets to the ceiling and beds. The rooms are cosy and have a good TV and air conditioning, but everything else feels quite dated. There are a huge number of guests at the hotel and rooms are usually packed. I think the price is a bit too high for a hotel like this. We also saw a cockroach in the canteen, and the food isn’t great—there could definitely be more variety.

Absolutely Disgraceful Bar Staff – Ruined the Whole Experience I genuinely don’t understand how this place has four stars. The only thing keeping this review from being zero stars (if I could) is the entertainment staff, who were absolutely fantastic – warm, engaging, and genuinely the only people who made us feel welcome during our stay. Now onto the real issue: the bar staff, especially at the bar that opens at 6PM. Horrible. Rude. Dismissive. It was like we were invisible. They clearly treated us differently than other guests, and not in a subtle way either – full-on attitude, slow service (if any), and dirty looks like we were a burden for daring to ask for a drink. At an all-inclusive, no less! We came here expecting a relaxing, welcoming experience, but ended up spending most evenings feeling frustrated and uncomfortable because of how unprofessionally we were treated at the bar. It completely tainted the rest of our holiday. And to make things worse, on arrival, they tried to cram four of us into a single room for the night — something we did not book or agree to. We weren’t the only ones either; other guests who arrived at the same time were told the same outrageous thing. It was total chaos and showed just how disorganized and careless this place really is. Management seriously needs to sort this out, because the bar service and the way guests are handled is a complete embarrassment. We will not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
