⭐ My Honest Review of Marina Palace Hammamet (Stayed 1 Week All-Inclusive) I travel often and know hotel standards well — so here's the real experience, no sugarcoating: ✔ Cleanliness: The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping staff are respectful, friendly, and do a solid job daily. No complaints there — they actually saved the experience. ✔ Food: Some days the buffet was genuinely amazing, other days average. It’s not 5-star cuisine, but for Tunisia it’s alright. Still, you’ll find yourself hoping for more variety after a few days. ❌ Drinks (All-Inclusive): Let’s be real — the “all-inclusive” drinks are a joke. Just Coke, juice, coffee, and water. That’s it. No cocktails, no fresh drinks, Big letdown for an all-inclusive. ❌ Reception & Service: Most of the staff are friendly and hardworking — except the receptionists. Rude, dismissive, and with zero hospitality. They made check-in and general questions feel like a chore. ❌ Pool & Facilities: Main pool was dirty most of the time — and at one point, someone literally pooped in it. Disgusting. There is a covered indoor pool on the 3rd floor, but it’s easier to reach it by stairs than the elevator. ❌ Beach: Beach is far and poorly maintained — dirty, no chairs, and not worth the walk. Also had strangers (not all-inclusive guests) constantly asking my little brother for bottles of water and then getting too comfortable. Unprofessional vibe. ❌ Entertainment & Vibes: The entertainment is strictly for older tourists — outdated music, no real animation for teens or kids, no energy. No one my age was there, just a bunch of quiet retirees and a lot of old men walking around. --- 🔥 Final Verdict: Don’t be fooled by the 4-star label — it’s barely a 3-star experience. If you get a cheap deal and you just want a clean place to sleep with decent food, it works. But if you want good vibes, fun atmosphere, real all-inclusive service, or a quality beach experience — look elsewhere.
The whole hotel is old, it needs renovation as soon as possible, carpets of the hotel and rooms are very dirty AC was hot we had to change the room at 1am in the morning and even the other room was hot Staff is very rude specially security outside the way they speak to clients is incredibly chocking And the room doesn’t have any refrigerator so expect to starve.. Not even a bottle of water in the room as well.. in all the hotels that i visited they usually give a complementary bottle of water Never again
I had an issue with the agency for the room that I booked originally, the staff first confirmed the full refund on the phone and the mail also the cancellation, then I heard from the agency that the hotel did not approve the refund. It was not my fault and it ruined my holiday. You are unreliable guys.
