A touch of luxury and comfort combined with affordable prices, a combination rarely seen in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The rooms are exceptionally clean, with beautiful views. Throughout the premises, there is strong and stable Wi-Fi, which is very important to me due to the nature of my work. The staff is probably the best aspect of the hotel, they are highly professional and incredibly friendly. The hotel itself is just a 5-minute walk from the Panonica Lakes (the only saltwater lakes in Europe) and a 10-minute walk from the city center. A great bonus is that swimming pool and the gym are free to use for all hotel guests. Highly recommended!!!

Overall Review of My Stay (Negative and positive review) I truly had a great time staying at this hotel. However, one experience significantly impacted my overall impression due to its unprofessional nature. One morning, I went to get my coffee, and the waitress named Ramira (a blonde-haired young woman) behaved in an extremely unprofessional and unethical manner. Firstly, she brought me the wrong coffee. When I politely pointed this out, she responded with an attitude rather than correcting the issue. I proceeded to ask the receptionist for her name, and she followed me to the lobby to argue with me in front of other guests. The whole situation was uncomfortable, especially as it took place in an echoing open area. Arguing with a guest is absolutely unacceptable. She should take a cue from her colleagues, who are professional, pleasant, and know how to interact with guests appropriately. A simple smile during her shift would have made a big difference. I regret that this encounter made me feel unwelcome. I have reported her behavior to one of her colleagues, who informed me that the matter would be escalated to the manager. This incident was truly disappointing and not reflective of the overall service at the hotel. Unfortunately, Ramira left a truly negative impression — not only of her personally, but also cast a shadow over the rest of the staff. Her behavior was so unprofessional and inappropriate that it made me seriously question whether hotel employees are generally allowed to argue with guests. Arguing with a guest is absolutely unacceptable and goes against every standard and code of conduct in the hospitality industry. Her hostile attitude and unwillingness to correct a simple mistake were shocking, and the fact that she followed me to confront me publicly in the lobby was beyond unprofessional — it was disrespectful and frankly, outrageous. This single encounter deeply affected my perception of the service in the hotel. While most of the staff were kind, courteous, and professional, her behavior stood out in the worst possible way. It is my sincere hope that management addresses this issue seriously, as no guest should ever be made to feel this uncomfortable. --- Reception Team A lovely team with amazing energy — kudos to all of you! 👏🏻 Housekeeping Thank you for your kindness and dedication. I’d like to especially mention Emina from the housekeeping staff — her service and warm smile truly brightened everyone’s day. 😊 Room Very clean, with a beautiful view and a comfortable bed. I really enjoyed my stay! Breakfast The food was decent, though not entirely to my taste — but that’s just a matter of personal preference. The breakfast staff are very pleasant and always greet you with a smile. Pool and Gym Clean and relaxing — my favorite part of the hotel. During the last few days of my stay, the area was temporarily closed for cleaning, but guests were allowed to use another pool within the hotel (a public one), and the housekeeping team kindly assisted with the transition.

Can’t believe that when you want to book your room in the 4 star hotel you have to pay an extra 80 KM for a SPA. What that kind of hotel every think you have inside is not include ? Do we have to pay extra for the pillow or towels? I ll never recommend this hotel for someone who want to stay in Tuzla
