We loved our stay here. Queen Deluxe rooms on the upper floors were spacious, modern, and had the most breathtaking views of the mountains from the very private balcony. Centrally located and across from an open green space. We liked that a fan was provided in room to help move around the warmer July air. The lounge provided water, tea, and coffee anytime. The staff were super friendly and even sent us off with complimentary bottle water at check out.

Nice centrally located hotel. The front staff are friendly and helpful. The outdated room is better value - spacious and clean with comfy beds. Also has balcony facing the park. We are fortunate enough to witness fireworks from our balcony celebrating Switzerland National day. Breakfast is extra.

Great location, amazing views — but some service issues. We stayed here for 3 nights in July, paying around $400/night. The breakfast was excellent, and we loved the lounge area and rooftop terrace — ideal for relaxing with mountain views. The balcony in our room offered a beautiful view of the park, and watching the paragliders land every day added a magical touch to the experience. The hotel is also well-located, just a short walk from Interlaken West station. However, for the price, a few things were disappointing: • No kettle or in-room tea/coffee. We were told to go to the lounge upstairs for it (it’s free), which is fine, but still surprising at this price point. • When we requested a kettle, they made us sign an undertaking promising to return it — something I’ve never encountered, even in budget hotels. • At checkout, they falsely accused us of taking minibar items like Red Bull and sparkling water. In reality, we’d been buying our own sugar-free Red Bull from local stores and only drink still water. They eventually didn’t charge us, but the incident felt unnecessary and fishy. All in all, it’s a good property with great views and some solid amenities — but for $400/night, I expected better service and fewer hassles.
