Lovely hotel , quiet .. 10 minutes to center . Good pool and wellnes .. great breakfast . Stuff excellent ..
Very pleasant experience from the very beginning! First of all, there is a private parking for the hotel’s guests, which means a lot! Receptionists was super friendly and very professional and helpful! Room is very nice! Bed is very good to sleep in and you will get a good rest! It was very peaceful and quiet during our 5 day stay! You have a lot of outlets in the room to charge your devices! There is also a mini bar! Bathroom is nice! Equipped with shower and a hairdryer! No toothpaste and toothbrushes included! So bring your own! You will have a shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast was nice and delicious. Mostly local meat products and pies! Also salads and coffee. You have apple and orange juice from the machine available for breakfast but not for dinner! And various fruits from the fruit basket! Honey and jam also! For dinner there will be soup! Cooked meals and burgers with fries and grilled veggies and salads! If you have children they will spend a lot of time in the play room! It is spacious and clean! There is also a pool and spa and salt room! Staff is very friendly and we will definitely come back in the summer! Highly recommended!
Do you have AC - No Do you have hot water- No Do you have Kettle- No Do you have towels in room-No Are your rooms clean- No Do you have Room Service-No Can I checkout sooner as I wish to move to a new hotel- No Do you have an answer to anything- I don't know This is the service you will get at this hotel. My recommendation is to goto another hotel who are more professional in dealing with their guests. The treatment seemed like we were in some kind of a prison. The receptionist (Nicolina) was very rude and surely doesn't know how to deal with guests. Very poor attitude.
